FY2025 revenue was £713M, adjusted operating margin was 15.7%, adjusted profit before tax was £127.2M, and FY2026 H1 accelerated to +11.5% at constant currency on structural semiconductor and defense demand; after founder Sir David McMurtry died in December 2024, the McMurtry/Deer families formed Deltam Holdings in 2025 with a 50.25% stake, completing generational succession and ending the sale process.
