Cash plus short-term investments on the balance sheet are 1.367 billion, with zero interest-bearing debt; annual free cash flow is 666 million, and management has raised its capacity target from 4 billion to 6 billion. The problem is that the current 745 USD implies PE of 53 times and, under a conservative approach, P/Owner Earnings of 58 times, leaving an owner earnings yield of only 1.7%, which even trails the 4.57% yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury -- high growth in AI power over the coming years has already been fully priced in. On top of that, the 2024 financial statements were restated because of deferred taxes, and the material weakness in internal controls has still not been remediated.

Three DCF cases put fair value at 380-460 USD, meaning the current price is still 60% to 90% above the top end. ADI spent 1.5 billion USD to acquire Empower, pushing directly into AI power, while inventory and receivables are rising in tandem. The ideal buy range is 280-340 USD; if slower growth is compounded by valuation compression, a 45%-65% drawdown is not hard to imagine.

Core view. Monolithic Power Systems is an understandable and very high-quality analog and power-management semiconductor company: its products are embedded in customer systems, product life cycles are long, gross margin and operating margin are high, the balance sheet is exceptionally strong, and long-term free cash flow has generally been substantial. The company has strong product capability and execution in power-management use cases such as enterprise data centers, automotive, and communications. Revenue reached $2.79 billion in 2025, and Q1 2026 set a new quarterly record of $804 million. The issue is price, rather than business quality. As of May 22, 2026, the share price was about $744.90, implying a market capitalization of about $36.54 billion and a trailing P/E of about 53.6x. Under conservative Owner Earnings and DCF assumptions, I struggle to prove that the current price offers enough margin of safety. In addition, the company had a material weakness in internal control over deferred tax accounting that led to a 2024 financial restatement, which lowers my trust score for management and financial controls.

Does the current price offer a margin of safety: no. I view MPWR as a good company at what currently looks like a bad price. If you are an existing long-term quality-growth investor, the quality of the business may justify continued tracking. If you are a balanced, relatively conservative long-term value investor considering a new position, I would rather wait.

Suitable investor type. MPWR is better suited to quality-growth value investors who are willing to study high-quality semiconductors, accept periodic valuation volatility, and hold for the long term. It is less suitable for traditional deep-value investors who prioritize low valuation and a deep margin of safety, and less suitable for ordinary conservative investors who hope to replace an index with a single stock.

Largest uncertainties. First, whether AI and enterprise data-center demand can sustain Owner Earnings growth above the mid-teens for multiple years. Second, whether the material weakness identified in 2025 can be remediated in 2026 as management has promised. Third, whether outsourced manufacturing, Asian supply chains, tariffs, and geopolitical shifts will erode gross margin and delivery stability.

Business Understanding

MPWR is essentially a high-performance power-management and power-electronics solutions provider. The company uses a fabless model. It does not build its own wafer fabs, and instead outsources most manufacturing, packaging, and testing to third parties. It concentrates its own resources on system-level understanding, analog and mixed-signal design, proprietary process technology, and packaging technology. The company emphasizes that its products are usually more integrated, smaller, more energy-efficient, and that many product life cycles exceed 10 years. The business model is not complicated: design better power-management chips and modules, win into customer platforms, and then sell as customer products ship.

Customers are mainly OEMs, distributors, value-added resellers, and various electronic system manufacturers. In Q1 2026, revenue by end market was: enterprise data 32.7%, storage and computing 21.7%, automotive 18.9%, communications 13.9%, consumer 6.8%, and industrial 6.0%. The company does not charge subscription fees. It earns revenue by shipping chips and solutions. Backlog is not reliable, because the company states clearly in its 10-K that backlog may be canceled or deferred, so it should not be viewed as a sturdy indicator of future revenue.

Revenue is not contractually recurring. It is platform-recurring after design-in. This is crucial. Once a power-management chip is designed into a server motherboard, automotive platform, optical module, or industrial control board, customers are reluctant to switch because revalidation consumes time, engineering resources, and certification costs. At the same time, this is still semiconductors, not software subscriptions. Seasonality, channel inventory, and macro cycles affect order timing. In other words, predictability is higher than for consumer-electronics components, but lower than for truly recurring-fee business models.

On cost structure, this is an asset-light company with both high gross margin and high R&D intensity. The fabless model helps reduce fixed assets and capital expenditure burden. To sustain product iteration and design-win rates, the company must keep investing in R&D. In 2025, revenue was $2.790 billion, gross profit was $1.540 billion, and gross margin was 55.2%. R&D expense was $382 million, about 13.7% of revenue. SG&A expense was $429 million, about 15.4% of revenue. Operating income was $729 million, and operating margin was 26.1%. This shows that although the company is not capital-heavy, it is far from earning money passively. It fundamentally depends on continuous R&D and customer design wins.

Among dependencies, the biggest concern is not a single founder. It is third-party manufacturing and Asian supply chains. The company clearly discloses that it relies on external foundries and assembly and test partners. Suppliers may require higher prices, prepayments, take-or-pay terms, capacity reservations, or tool funding. The company also discloses that manufacturing, assembly, and testing are mainly distributed across China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia, with many suppliers in China. In Q1 2026, the company added a $40 million long-term refundable deposit for a long-term packaging service agreement. At the end of 2025, it already had a $60 million refundable deposit related to a long-term wafer supply agreement. For a fabless company, these are not fatal, but they remind us that MPWR is using working capital to secure supply stability.

Business understandability score: 4/5. I think this business is sufficiently understandable. It is neither a black box nor a pure concept. Still, power-management semiconductors are technology-intensive. Understanding customer platforms, device parameters, process and packaging differences, and design-in barriers requires more specialized work than consumer products or utilities. If the stock market closed for 5 years, I would be willing to own the business itself. What I would resist is owning the stock price without a margin of safety.

Industry and Competition

MPWR operates in power-management semiconductors within analog and mixed signal. The industry has two layers. First, it belongs to broad semiconductors, which are naturally cyclical. MPWR itself explicitly acknowledges in its 10-K that the semiconductor industry is cyclical. Second, analog and power management are more stable than memory and faster-replacement digital chips, because product life cycles are longer, customer qualification is slower, and end markets are more diversified. Texas Instruments still emphasized in its 2025 annual report that analog products represented about 79% of revenue and served broad markets including industrial, automotive, data centers, personal electronics, and communications. Analog Devices also emphasizes the long product life cycles of its analog ICs. MPWR itself discloses that its product life cycles usually exceed 10 years. Taken together, this is not an industry without cycles, but it is one of the better semiconductor subsegments.

Long-term industry demand is structurally rising. WSTS expects the global semiconductor market to grow to about $975.0 billion in 2026. SIA disclosed significant year-over-year growth in global semiconductor sales in Q1 2026. Deloitte also noted that the semiconductor industry could reach a record scale in 2026, with AI infrastructure expansion as one of the key drivers. For MPWR, more direct evidence comes from the company itself: Q1 2026 enterprise data revenue grew 97.7% year over year, communications revenue grew 55.5% year over year, and management explicitly identified AI, servers, optical modules, and switch power as growth drivers while raising its capacity target from the prior $4.0 billion to a new target of "approaching $6.0 billion" in the future. It is important to stress that the latter is a management target, not an accomplished fact.

The industry is unlikely to be disrupted easily by consumer habits, but it can be affected by technology paths, process and packaging capability, system-architecture changes, and regulation. MPWR names major competitors in its 10-K, including Analog Devices, Infineon, NXP, onsemi, Power Integrations, Renesas, ROHM, Semtech, STMicroelectronics, and Texas Instruments. A recent industry signal is Analog Devices' roughly $1.5 billion cash acquisition of Empower Semiconductor, clearly aimed at the AI power-delivery market. This shows that MPWR's high-growth area is attracting stronger capital and larger competitors. In other words, industry demand is genuinely strong, but the profit pool will not go uncontested.

I would define MPWR's industry position this way: it is not the largest analog chip company, but it is likely among the most efficient and fastest-growing power-management companies. It does not have TI's absolute scale or broadest SKU set, and it does not have ADI's more complete analog and signal-chain ecosystem. Yet it has distinctive strengths in power management, packaging integration, high power density, high efficiency, and system-level solutions. Over the past few years, it has indeed translated those capabilities into excellent growth and profitability. From 2023 to 2025, revenue rose from $1.821 billion to $2.790 billion, and operating income rose from $482 million to $729 million. In Q1 2026, the company guided Q2 revenue of $890 million to $910 million.

On pricing power, I think it is above average, but not absolute. On one hand, the company acknowledges in its 10-K that average selling prices tend to decline over product life cycles. On the other hand, it kept gross margin broadly stable around 55% to 56% from 2023 to 2025, and still delivered a 55.3% GAAP gross margin in Q1 2026. My inference is that MPWR can obtain reasonable pricing in selected high-performance use cases, but it cannot raise prices freely like a software business with powerful network effects. More precisely, its pricing power comes from higher performance, higher integration, and customer switching costs, not brand monopoly.

Industry attractiveness score: 4/5. This is a good company in a good industry, but it is not a perfect industry free of cycles, competition, or technological substitution. For conservative investors, a good industry does not automatically make the current share price attractive.

Moat and Management

Under a Buffett-style framework, MPWR's moat does not come from consumer brand or network effects. It comes from engineering capability, design-in stickiness, proprietary process and packaging, and credibility built through long-term execution. The company discloses 2,231 issued or pending patents, including 654 issued U.S. patents, with the latest expiration in 2045. At the same time, many process technologies are protected by trade secrets rather than patents. More importantly, the company emphasizes that its proprietary process and packaging technologies are introduced into partner foundry equipment, enabling better yield and product performance. This capability is not a few patent certificates. It is a combination of design, process, packaging, testing, and supply-chain coordination.

Moat breakdown. Brand advantage: almost none with end consumers, but some technical credibility among engineers and customer procurement chains, so medium. Cost advantage: fabless model, Asian supply chains, and higher integration bring some cost and efficiency advantages, so medium. Scale advantage: weaker than giants such as TI and ADI, so medium to weak. Network effects: basically none. Switching costs: once designed into customer platforms, redesign, revalidation, and recertification are costly, so medium to high in B2B design-in. Channel advantage: present, but not exclusive. Patent and process barriers: medium to high. Data advantage: limited. Culture and operating capability: relatively strong, especially given founder-led continuity, emphasis on system-level problem solving, and continuous innovation. Capital allocation capability: generally rational, but not yet exceptional. Overall, I give it a moat-strength score of 4/5.

I think this moat is currently stable and likely widening modestly. There are three reasons. First, MPWR is shifting from "selling chips" toward "selling complete silicon-based solutions," as management explicitly described in Q1 2026. Second, the company is embedding itself in AI servers, optical modules, switches, ADAS, and other use cases that require high power density and high efficiency, where system-level power capability matters more. Third, management raised its capacity-expansion target from $4.0 billion to $6.0 billion, suggesting that the company believes it has an executable design pipeline for the next several years. I must stress that this "widening" is more of an inference than a fact fully proven by time.

On management, the positives are clear. The company was founded by Michael Hsing in 1997, and he still serves as chairman, president, and CEO. As of the record date for the 2026 proxy statement, he held about 1.034 million shares, or about 2.1% of shares outstanding. All directors and executives together held about 3.6%. In executive compensation, 100% of the 2025 annual cash incentive was tied to pre-established non-GAAP operating-income targets, and 100% of long-term equity incentives used PSUs with metrics based on relative industry revenue growth and relative shareholder return. The company also has explicit executive stock-ownership requirements and double-trigger change-in-control arrangements. These are positives for incentive alignment with shareholders.

The deductions for management and capital allocation are also clear. The most important issue is not business judgment. It is financial control. In its 2025 annual report, the company disclosed that due to ineffective design and execution of controls over deferred tax accounting, the 2024 financial statements contained misstatements and were restated, resulting in internal control being deemed ineffective in both 2024 and 2025. As of Q1 2026, the company still said this material weakness had not been fully remediated and expected remediation by the end of fiscal 2026. Note that the issue currently appears concentrated in tax accounting and deferred tax items, rather than revenue recognition or cash fraud. Still, on the question of "does this deserve full trust," it should not be brushed aside. My answer is: I trust its operating capability more than its financial-control capability.

On capital allocation, the company has made almost no large, risky acquisitions. Cash is mainly used for R&D, working capital, dividends, and moderate repurchases, which is prudent in itself. From 2019 to 2025, dividends continued to grow. The 2025 dividend was $6.24 per share, and the quarterly dividend had been raised to $2.00 in Q1 2026. The company also repurchased shares in 2023, 2024, and 2025. In 2024, did it repurchase about 1.0 billion shares? No. To be precise, it repurchased about 1.0 million shares for about $636 million. In 2025, it authorized a new $500 million repurchase program, but actually repurchased only about 8,000 shares for about $6.6 million during the year. This suggests that management is not aggressive with buybacks, and at least did not use massive repurchases at a high stock price to dress up EPS. However, the total share count still rose from about 43.616 million at the end of 2019 to about 48.709 million at the end of 2025, and then to about 49.129 million at the end of Q1 2026. This means stock-based compensation dilution has not been fully offset. Overall, I give management and capital allocation a score of 3.5/5.

Financial Quality

Start with the long-term financial trajectory. From 2019 to 2025, revenue rose from $628 million to $2.790 billion, a 6-year CAGR of about 28.2%. Operating income rose from $103 million to $729 million, growing even faster. Free cash flow rose from about $120 million to about $666 million, a CAGR of about 33.0%. This shows that MPWR has not merely "grown." It has experienced simultaneous expansion in revenue, profit, and cash flow.

The issue that needs to be separated out is 2024 earnings quality. The 2024 financial statements showed net income of $1.592 billion, but this was mainly a $1.019 billion income-tax benefit rather than an explosion in operating profit. The company later restated the 2024 annual report due to errors in deferred tax treatment. After restatement, 2024 net income was still as high as $1.592 billion, but it was about $195 million lower than previously reported. Therefore, 2024 net margin, ROE, EPS, and valuation metrics based on net income all contain substantial noise. If we use 2024 pretax income of $573 million and assume a normalized tax rate of about 17%, net income attributable to shareholders would be roughly around $475 million. This is a hypothetical normalization, not the company's disclosed figure.

Looking at cash flow, profits have converted into cash well in most years. From 2019 to 2025, free cash flow was mostly close to or higher than net income, except in 2022 and the tax-benefit-distorted 2024. Excluding distorted 2024, the average free-cash-flow-to-net-income conversion rate from 2019 to 2025 was around 100%. 2023 is especially notable: revenue grew only slightly from 2022, but operating cash flow reached $638 million and free cash flow reached $581 million, showing strong cash generation even through cyclical fluctuations. My judgment is: MPWR's earnings generally resemble real cash earnings, rather than profits that only look good in accounting statements.

The balance sheet is very strong. As of March 31, 2026, cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments were about $1.367 billion, total liabilities were about $771 million, and there was no visible pressure from interest-bearing debt. At the end of 2025, total liabilities were only $663 million, about 15.8% of total assets. Net debt/EBITDA can therefore be viewed as negative, and interest coverage is basically not an issue. For a semiconductor company, this financial buffer is extremely important. In 2025, the company also had about $1.257 billion of cash and short-term investments, far above current liabilities of $369 million.

Strong cash flow does not mean there is nothing to monitor. From 2024 to Q1 2026, accounts receivable rose from $173 million to $302 million, and inventory rose from $420 million to $619 million, both clearly higher. In Q1 2026, the company also added a $40 million long-term refundable deposit for a long-term packaging agreement, while at the end of 2025 it already had a $60 million refundable wafer-supply deposit. This shows that while growing, the company is indeed tying up more working capital to secure supply. For now, this looks more like proactive preparation for growth than passive inventory buildup before demand collapses. If revenue disappoints over the next few quarters and inventory days keep rising, this line would quickly move from neutral to risky.

On returns on capital, the company's reported 2025 ROE was about 19.2% and ROA about 16.1%. If large cash balances are treated as non-operating assets and operating ROIC is estimated roughly, it is about 27%. Reported 2024 ROE was inflated by the one-time tax benefit and has little analytical value. After normalization using an assumed 17% tax rate, 2024 ROE was also roughly around 19%. These figures support one conclusion: MPWR is a company that can earn high returns on capital without heavy interest-bearing leverage or extremely heavy capital expenditures.

If asked whether there are signs of fraud, aggressive accounting, or earnings manipulation, my conclusion is: I have not found obvious red flags on the revenue or cash side, but the material weakness in tax-accounting controls is a clear yellow light. It is not equivalent to operating fraud, but it is enough for conservative investors to demand a higher margin of safety.

Owner Earnings and Intrinsic Value

First, define the metrics used in this section.

Facts. As of May 22, 2026, MPWR's share price was about $744.90, and market capitalization was about $36.54 billion. Based on the 2025 annual report and Q1 2026 quarterly report, trailing twelve-month revenue was about $2.957 billion, net income about $680 million, operating cash flow about $832 million, and capital expenditures about $203 million. At the end of Q1 2026, cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments were about $1.367 billion.

Conservative Owner Earnings definition. I do not use the loose formulation of "net income + all D&A + all stock-based compensation," because stock-based compensation is a real cost to shareholders and the company does not separately disclose maintenance capital expenditures. To stay conservative, I use operating cash flow minus all capital expenditures as a lower-bound estimate of Owner Earnings, with no additional add-back for stock-based compensation. This gives trailing twelve-month Owner Earnings of about $630 million, or about $12.8 per share. This definition is conservative, but better suited to balanced, relatively conservative investors.

On that basis, the current stock price implies a market cap/Owner Earnings multiple of about 58x and an Owner Earnings yield of about 1.7%. Even after subtracting $1.367 billion of net cash from market capitalization, enterprise value/Owner Earnings is still about 56x. This means the market is not paying for "current earning power." It is paying in advance for many years of sustained high growth.

Intrinsic Value Estimate

I use three methods, but the emphasis is on the Owner Earnings DCF, because this is a typical asset-light, high-return business whose value comes mainly from future cash flow rather than book assets.

Converting point estimates into more useful ranges, my conclusion is:

  • Conservative intrinsic value range: $250 to $320 per share

  • Fair intrinsic value range: $380 to $460 per share

  • Optimistic intrinsic value range: $560 to $650 per share

At the current price of about $744.90, the stock trades at a premium of roughly 133% to 198% to the conservative range, 62% to 96% to the fair range, and even 15% to 33% to the optimistic range. For me to act under a balanced, relatively conservative framework, I would want at least a 25% to 30% margin of safety, which would put an ideal buy price closer to $280 to $340. If the goal is merely "reasonable rather than cheap," a holding price around $380 to $520 would be more acceptable. Above $650, the stock is clearly overvalued within my framework.

Relative valuation. Based on directly verifiable metrics, MPWR's current valuation is expensive. It trades at about 53.6x P/E and about 58x conservative P/FCF. Texas Instruments trades at about 32.5x P/E and about 54.2x P/FCF. Analog Devices trades at about 56.4x P/E and about 29.7x P/FCF. NXP trades at about 21.8x P/E and about 22.6x P/FCF. onsemi trades at about 35.2x P/E and about 16.3x P/FCF. In other words, MPWR's high growth and net cash position justify a premium, but the current market premium is already meaningfully above most high-quality peers, and its free-cash-flow yield is even below the long-term U.S. Treasury yield.

EV/EBITDA. Because companies differ meaningfully in depreciation and amortization, acquisition amortization, and non-GAAP adjustments, precise cross-company comparison should ideally be checked using a unified database. Based on verifiable primary data and a rough estimate, MPWR's current EV/EBITDA is above 40x. Texas Instruments, using a rough calculation from 2025 operating income, depreciation and amortization, debt, and cash, is about 21x. This again shows that MPWR's valuation is not "a little expensive." It already embeds highly optimistic expectations. For ADI, NXP, and onsemi, I have more confidence citing P/E, P/FCF, and operating margin. I would not overstate EV/EBITDA to decimal-point precision without a unified methodology database.

Asset/liquidation value. This company is not suitable for liquidation-based valuation. At the end of 2025, current assets were about $2.184 billion, total liabilities about $663 million, and net current assets only about $1.521 billion, or roughly $31 per share. Even adding net PP&E of $628 million in a rough way gives an "approximate asset value" of only about $44 per share, far below the stock price. Moreover, book value itself is not especially reliable, because at the end of 2025 there was as much as $1.183 billion of deferred tax assets, while tax accounting has been the source of the company's internal-control weakness over the past two years. The conclusion is simple: MPWR's value comes almost entirely from future cash flow, not liquidation assets.

If we must reverse-engineer what the current price implies, my inference is that the market is roughly betting on a nearly maxed-out optimistic path. For example, Owner Earnings would need to grow close to 18% annually for the next 5 years, then maintain about 10% for the following 5 years, with friendly terminal growth and discount-rate conditions. That kind of stretched scenario could support the current price relatively comfortably. It is possible, but it is no longer a conservative investment starting point.

Margin of Safety, Risks, and Final Conclusion

Margin of safety. The current price is not cheap enough. The most fragile assumption in the valuation is that enterprise data and AI business can sustain high growth for a long time while gross margin is not eroded by new competition. If growth falls short, investment returns would be revised downward quickly because the current Owner Earnings yield is only about 1.7%. If margins decline and the valuation multiple compresses from more than 50x earnings to around 30x, shareholders could face a long period of low returns or even substantial permanent capital loss without any "business disaster." My conclusion is clear: the margin of safety is insufficient.

Most important risks. First, competition risk: AI power and data-center use cases are becoming more important and more crowded, and ADI's acquisition of Empower is the latest industry signal. On "willingness to invest for the long term," the company's persistently high R&D spending (the report states that 2025 R&D expense was $382 million, about 13.7% of revenue), its active transition from single chips to "complete silicon-based solutions," and the increase in capacity target from $4 billion to nearly $6 billion all show a willingness to position for five to ten years out.

    But the "deep alignment of interests" is honestly not outstanding. The report states that as of the 2026 proxy statement record date, Michael Hsing held about 1.034 million shares, or about 2.1% of shares outstanding, while all directors and executives together held about 3.6%. The report says the company's products emphasize higher integration, smaller size, and higher energy efficiency, which is aligned with ESG and energy-efficiency regulation trends.

    But one real fragility within "sustainability" must be stated honestly. It is not social or regulatory, but supply chain and geopolitical. The report clearly states that the company uses a fabless model, with manufacturing, packaging, and testing mainly distributed across China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia, and many suppliers located in China. Start with gross margin and profitability, MPWR's hard foundation: the report states that 2025 revenue was $2.790 billion, gross margin 55.2%, and operating margin 26.1%. 2026 Q1 GAAP gross margin still reached 55.3%, and non-GAAP diluted EPS was $5.10, up +26.2% year over year. On a full-year basis, 2025 operating profit was $730 million, up 35.1% year over year, while revenue grew 26.4%. Operating profit grew faster than revenue, showing positive operating leverage as scale expands. The fabless model keeps the capex burden light (the report states 2025 capex was only $172 million, about 6% of revenue), which is the structural source of strong unit economics.

    Incremental returns and capital returns are both high. Under the report's methodology, 2025 ROE was about 19.2% and ROA about 16.1%. It requires "uninterrupted high growth + high gross margin not eroded by competition + high valuation not mean-reverting" all to be right.

    Now add the embedded-premise question: "what expectations are in today's share price?" At $744.90, the report already inferred that the market was betting on a near-max optimistic path (Owner Earnings growing about 18% for the first five years, then about 10%, with friendly terminal-value and discount-rate conditions) to barely support the price. Now that the price has doubled again, embedded expectations are even higher: the current forward PE is about 52, more than 75% above the industry median. The conservative Owner Earnings yield, using the report's TTM Owner Earnings of about $630 million, is only about 0.9% on today's $72.4 billion market capitalization, while the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield was about 4.57% on May 20, 2026 as cited by the report. In other words, today's buyer gets a "starting owner earnings yield" of less than one quarter of the risk-free rate. The price is packed with almost perfect expectations: a multi-year AI power supercycle, continued share gains, and no competitive pressure on margins.

    The honest Baillie Gifford conclusion: MPWR is a good business, and AI power demand is a genuine long runway. At the business level, "doubling revenue and growing profit significantly over ten years" is not fantasy (see Q2). But "the share price rising fivefold in ten years" is a different matter. From a starting point where the share price has already doubled and valuation is already extreme, fivefold requires the double stack of "maxed-out fundamentals + no valuation mean reversion." The margin of safety is negative. This is the continuation and amplification of the report's conclusion: "Watch, not in the buy zone, reasonable buy at $280–$340." If the report already considered $744.90 expensive, $1,473 only makes the implicit expectations for "fivefold in ten years" less realistic and hands more of the return to the least controllable assumption: "valuation must not compress." The business is worth following, but at the current price, betting on "fivefold in ten years" means paying for perfection with almost no room for error.
