Its profitability is genuinely impressive: in 2025, it generated about 18.9 billion in revenue and actually earned about 3.8 billion, with reported profit broadly matching cash actually collected. These are not paper earnings. But there is a hidden concern: most of the money it earns is reinvested into building new plants, leaving only several hundred million in real "surplus cash" for shareholders each year. The company is making money, but much of it has to keep being poured back in to maintain its lead.

Is it expensive now? Very expensive. The share price is about 133 yuan. Based on its current profit, buying the whole company would take 67 years to pay back, while the report's calculated fair price is only 40 to 50 yuan. In other words, the market has already priced in a future decade in which "everything goes right." The main things to watch are: major customers are becoming increasingly concentrated, with the largest already accounting for nearly 20%; more than 80% of revenue comes from overseas, so tariffs and exchange rates are variables; and if the huge plant expansion fails to deliver the expected returns, it will weigh on future cash generation.

The report's conclusion is: the company is excellent, but the current price leaves almost no room for bargain value. It is worth watching, but there is no need to rush in; patience for a better price is warranted.

Conclusion First

Preliminary conclusion: For an investor with a horizon of more than 10 years and a "balanced but conservative" risk profile, my rating on WUS Printed Circuit at the current point is Watch, not Buy. My core judgment is this: this is a business I can understand, and one that is genuinely strong in its high-end niche. The company has already built a global leading position in high-layer-count, high-speed high-frequency, high-reliability PCBs, especially data communications and data-center PCBs. But this business is not naturally asset-light. It increasingly requires heavy capital expenditure to maintain and expand its lead. Current public-market pricing already implies a long period of high-quality and smooth growth delivery, so the margin of safety is not merely "unclear"; it is close to absent.

The valuation reference price I use in this report is RMB 133.22 per share, corresponding to the latest closing-price page I could verify. At the same time, some intraday quote pages on June 9, 2026 showed the price around RMB 137, which means different capture times can create a difference of several percentage points. To avoid treating intraday noise as a conclusion, all valuation work below uses RMB 133.22. Based on the total share capital of 1.92436 billion shares disclosed in the 2026 Q1 report, this corresponds to a market capitalization of about RMB 256.3 billion.

By investor type, WUS Printed Circuit is better suited to long-term growth investors, or to "growth plus cycle" investors who can tolerate industrial cycles and valuation volatility. It is not suitable for ordinary conservative investors who simply equate "value investing" with "undervalued, cheap, cash-generative". If what you want is "good company + low price + high margin of safety," the current WUS Printed Circuit does not meet the third condition.

The three most important uncertainties are as follows. First, whether the strong cycle in AI servers, high-speed switches, and cloud capital expenditure is a long-cycle platform upgrade or will see severe volatility over the next two to three years. Second, whether the multiple expansion projects announced from 2026 onward can land with sufficiently high returns on capital, rather than turning money earned at a cyclical peak into capacity with diminishing returns. Third, whether the current valuation has already priced in the "best possible future" in advance.

Business Understanding and Industry Structure

WUS Printed Circuit is, in essence, a high-end printed circuit board manufacturer. In 2025, the company's revenue was RMB 18.945 billion, of which the core PCB business contributed RMB 18.143 billion, or 95.77% of total revenue. By PCB application, 2025 revenue was RMB 14.656 billion from data communications, RMB 3.045 billion from intelligent vehicles, and RMB 442 million from industrial control and others. According to the 2025 revenue structure disclosed in investor activity records, products related to high-speed network switches and AI servers accounted for about 59%, general servers about 13.4%, wireless communication networks about 5%, intelligent vehicles about 16.1%, and industrial control about 2.3%. This shows it is no longer a "general PCB company," but has clearly concentrated into a high-end data communications PCB platform.

How this business makes money is also not complicated. The company provides customers with high-layer-count, high-frequency high-speed, high-density interconnect, and high-reliability PCB products that are embedded in customers' data centers, servers, switches, routers, autonomous-driving domain controllers, ADAS, smart cockpits, and electric-drive systems. It charges based on laminate specifications, layer count, complexity, yield, and delivery capability. The essence is not software subscription or traffic monetization, but gross profit earned through technical complexity, mass-production yield, continuous qualification, and reliable delivery.

Who are the customers? According to the Hong Kong listing application materials, the company serves well-known customers in global data communications, intelligent vehicles, and industrial control. In 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Q1, the top five customers together contributed 46.0%, 50.9%, 53.3%, and 58.4% of revenue, while the largest customer contributed 13.8%, 12.3%, 14.3%, and 19.5%, respectively. In other words, this business is not a typical defensive model with no customer concentration. It is a high-end supply-chain model with binding to leading customers and rising concentration. Once customers are stable, orders show strong repeatability. But if platforms switch, budgets contract, or share shifts, volatility can also be evident.

Revenue stability therefore needs to be separated into two parts. Orders on installed platforms are recurring, because once a supplier completes qualification, passes reliability validation, and enters a customer's BOM, replacement is not easy. But predictability of total demand is not high, because aggregate demand still depends on cloud capital expenditure, switch generation upgrades, the pace of AI infrastructure deployment, and automotive platform refresh cycles. It is better than consumer-electronics OEM, but it is certainly not a utility.

On cost structure, the PCB industry typically depends on key materials such as copper-clad laminate and prepreg, as well as heavy manufacturing expenses. The Hong Kong listing application materials show that in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Q1, purchases from the top five suppliers accounted for about 41.3%, 40.5%, 42.2%, and 41.6%, while the largest supplier accounted for about 21.4%, 21.1%, 22.3%, and 21.2%. Main suppliers are focused on key materials such as CCL and prepreg. Put differently, this is not an "asset-light channel" business. It is a manufacturing system sensitive to raw materials, equipment, process control, and yield.

Geographically, the company has a high export share. The Hong Kong listing application materials disclose that overseas revenue accounted for 82.1% in 2025, including 54.5% from other Asian regions, 17.0% from the Americas, and 7.3% from Europe. In 2026 Q1, the overseas share rose further to 84.3%. This explains why the company is accelerating construction of its Thailand base, and it also means exchange rates, tariffs, geopolitics, and cross-border compliance will affect operations over the long term.

If we translate "is this a business I can understand" into a Buffett-style question, my answer is: yes, but we must admit it is an "understandable complex manufacturing business," not a "simple cash machine". I understand how it makes money, and why it is stronger than peers in high-end niches. I also understand that it remains in an industry with meaningful competition, heavy capital expenditure, and cyclical demand. Therefore, if the stock market closed for 5 years, I would be willing to own this business at a reasonable price. At the current price, I would not treat it as a typical value stock that can be comfortably held as a heavy locked position.

At the industry level, WUS Printed Circuit is not in traditional low-end PCBs, but in areas leaning toward high-layer-count MLPCB, data communications PCB, data-center PCB, and high-end automotive PCB. The Hong Kong listing application materials show that in 2025 the global data communications PCB market reached USD 31.8 billion, accounting for 37.3% of the overall PCB market. The company ranked first globally with USD 2.150 billion of data communications PCB revenue and a market share of about 7.0%. The same materials also show that in 2025 data-center PCBs accounted for about 62.3% of the data communications PCB market. The company's data-center PCB revenue was USD 2.012 billion, with a global market share of about 10.2%, also ranking first.

In the more granular high-layer-count segment, industry concentration is clearly higher. The Hong Kong listing application materials disclose that in 2025 the global market for 22-layer-and-above MLPCBs had only about 50 to 70 core participants. WUS Printed Circuit's 2025 revenue from this product category was USD 724.8 million, with a market share of about 14.9%, ranking first globally. This number is important because it shows the company is not merely a concept stock labeled as a "general industry leader." It has truly obtained a global top-tier position in a high-barrier sub-segment.

But industry attractiveness must be viewed from both sides. In its April 2026 investor activity record, the company itself clearly warned that in recent years many peers have redirected resources into data communications. As new capacity comes online in the future, entry barriers for mature technology platforms may be diluted, competition may become more homogeneous, and profit room may face structural pressure. In other words, this is not an industry where one can permanently "win lying down." It is an industry where the faster technology upgrades, the faster capital chases returns, and the faster competition intensifies. In one sentence, I think WUS Printed Circuit is closer to an "excellent company in a fiercely competitive industry" than an "easy good company in a naturally good industry."

Moat and Management

If we break down the moat, WUS Printed Circuit's moat does not come from network effects or regulatory licenses. It mainly comes from high-end product capability, long-term customer qualification, mass-production yield, global delivery, and operating systems. The strongest evidence is the company's global No. 1 position in high-layer-count and data-center PCB segments, as well as the continued upgrade of its product mix toward higher layer counts. The Hong Kong listing application materials show that in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Q1, revenue from 22-layer-and-above PCBs accounted for 38.4%, 53.3%, 54.9%, and 59.4%; revenue from 32-layer-and-above PCBs accounted for 8.5%, 13.3%, 22.4%, and 32.1%. When a manufacturing company's revenue keeps migrating toward more complex products, it usually means its moat is at least widening, not narrowing.

From the perspective of brand and customer relationships, WUS Printed Circuit is not a consumer brand, but its "brand" in the minds of B2B customers is reflected in qualified-supplier status and delivery reputation. In 2024, the company received awards from multiple strategic customers such as "Excellent Supply Chain Award," "Outstanding Supplier," "Best Delivery Award," and "Best Quality Award." This indicates strong reputation and execution credibility in high-end customer systems. For PCBs, which are deeply embedded in customer systems, this kind of "brand" matters more than consumer advertising.

On cost advantage, WUS Printed Circuit is not a company that wins through extremely low labor cost. Its cost advantage is closer to scaled manufacturing + high yield + process maturity + capacity coordination. The Thailand base generated about RMB 289 million of revenue in 2025 and had already reached RMB 295 million in 2026 Q1. Within that, the data communications business unit's capacity utilization exceeded 90% in 2026 Q1, and qualification by most overseas customers had been completed. The combination of mainland China and Thailand bases can create a more flexible balance among geopolitical risk, delivery cycle, and overseas customer demand. This is an increasingly valuable "supply-chain moat."

On switching cost, WUS Printed Circuit has moderately high switching cost, not extremely high. The reason is that once a high-end PCB enters AI servers, switches, routers, and automotive-grade systems, it needs to pass material validation, reliability testing, process ramp-up, yield validation, and long-term delivery assessment. Replacement is not easy. But it is still not enterprise software or a payment network, and it is not irreplaceable. Therefore, my assessment of its switching cost is: stronger than ordinary manufacturing, weaker than platform software.

Pricing power is uneven across product lines. By PCB application in 2025, data communications gross margin was 39.68%, intelligent vehicles gross margin was 22.84%, and industrial control and others gross margin was 42.10%. Overall PCB gross margin was 36.91%, continuing to improve from 2024. This mix tells me that WUS Printed Circuit has a certain degree of bargaining power, or at least bargaining defense, in high-end data communications boards. But it does not have the same pricing power in automotive boards, where it instead faces industry competition and cost pressure. In other words, its moat is locally deep but not evenly deep across the whole company.

On difficulty of replication, competitors need more than money to copy WUS Printed Circuit's high-end data communications capability. They need high-end material adaptation, process capability, high-layer-count multiple-lamination experience, yield ramp-up, overseas customer qualification, scaled delivery, cross-regional operations, and organizational stability. These are not things that can be completed in one year. The company also disclosed in 2026 that as high-end PCBs evolve toward ultra-low-loss resins, HVLP copper foil, and special high-performance glass fiber cloth, it will participate in new-material validation early in customer product development, establish safety inventory for critical materials, and push diversified qualification. In effect, it is turning supply-chain capability itself into a moat.

On management, there are both strengths and reservations. The strengths are these: in the past three years, the company's directors and senior executives have not been penalized by securities regulators. Director attendance at board meetings and shareholder meetings has been good, and during the reporting period directors did not raise objections to company matters. At least from a formal governance perspective, operations are standardized. The family of actual controller Wu Ligan controlled about 391.6 million shares at the end of 2025, or about 20.4% of total share capital, so interest alignment does exist.

But the reservations must also be stated clearly. First, management's capital-allocation style is clearly tilted toward expanding capacity, expanding technology, and expanding global capability, rather than buybacks. The company had no share buyback in 2025. At the same time, the 2020 incentive plan and 2024 option incentive plan continued to execute. Total share capital increased from 1.89728 billion shares in 2022 to 1.92436 billion shares in 2025, an increase of about 1.4%. This is not severe dilution, but it shows management does not treat "maximizing per-share value" as the sole objective, or at least has not used buybacks to offset incentive dilution.

Second, disclosure quality is not flawless. In November 2025, the company corrected information such as the "purchase share of the top five suppliers" in its 2022, 2023, and 2024 annual reports. Although the audit committee clearly stated that this did not affect the financial position, operating results, or cash flows for the relevant periods, and did not involve financial-statement adjustments, it is still a small governance flaw that should be scored. It does not constitute evidence of financial fraud, but it indicates that the disclosure review process is not impeccable.

Third, capital allocation is entering a heavy-investment phase. In 2026 Q1 alone, the company announced: one high-density optoelectronic integrated circuit board project with total investment of USD 300 million, one high-end printed circuit board project with total investment of RMB 3.3 billion, one high-layer-count/high-frequency high-speed/high-density interconnect printed circuit board project with total investment of RMB 5.5 billion, and one printed circuit board production project with total investment of RMB 6.8 billion. This means management is not defending the business in a "harvest period," but pushing the company into the next expansion cycle with heavier capital intensity. For operators, this may be correct. For public-market investors, it reduces the certainty of free cash flow.

Overall, my assessment of management and capital allocation is: operating capability is credible, strategic vision is not poor, and the long-term orientation is relatively strong; but capital allocation is becoming more aggressive, and shareholder returns are reflected more through dividends and a growth narrative than through countercyclical buybacks and a clear "per-share" mindset. Therefore, I can only give this item 3.0/5, short of "excellent."

Financial Quality and Owner Earnings

Start with the financial main line that best explains the issue. Based on company materials I have verified, revenue from 2021 to 2025 was approximately RMB 7.419 billion, RMB 8.336 billion, RMB 8.938 billion, RMB 13.342 billion, and RMB 18.945 billion. Net profit attributable to shareholders was approximately RMB 1.064 billion, RMB 1.362 billion, RMB 1.513 billion, RMB 2.587 billion, and RMB 3.822 billion. From 2021 to 2025, revenue CAGR was about 26%, and net profit attributable to shareholders CAGR was about 38%. This is not the financial trajectory of a mediocre manufacturer. It is a typical upward curve driven jointly by "cycle + product upgrade + share gain." In 2026 Q1, the company's revenue was RMB 6.214 billion and net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 1.242 billion, still up 53.91% and 62.90% year over year, respectively.

The table below lists only the core indicators that I could directly verify or clearly derive from annual reports, quarterly reports, and the Hong Kong listing application materials in this review. One point needs special clarification: 2023 net profit attributable to shareholders is back-calculated from the year-over-year growth rate disclosed in the 2024 annual-report summary; some 2023 cash-flow and capital-expenditure details were not fully retrieved from original source documents in this review, so they are marked as requiring supplemental materials.

The improvement in margins is not merely a "financial technique"; it has fairly solid business support. In 2025, consolidated operating cost was RMB 12.224 billion, corresponding to an overall gross margin of about 35.5%. The corresponding 2024 figure was about 34.5%. Looking by PCB segment, 2025 overall PCB gross margin was 36.91%, data communications gross margin was 39.68%, and intelligent vehicles gross margin was 22.84%. This indicates that the past two years' profit improvement came more from product mix shifting toward high-end data communications than from low-quality volume growth.

Equally important, accounting profit and operating cash flow broadly match. Operating cash flow/net profit was about 1.33 times in 2021, about 1.15 times in 2022, and about 1.01 times in 2025. This suggests the company has not shown the typical danger signal of "strong paper profit but weak cash flow" in recent years. In 2024, operating cash flow/net profit fell to about 0.90 times, a level worth monitoring but not yet an alarm. The real issue is not that "profit is unreal," but that growth increasingly consumes capital expenditure.

Once capital expenditure is deducted, free cash flow is not attractive. According to the cash-flow statement, 2025 operating cash flow was RMB 3.872 billion, cash paid for the purchase and construction of fixed assets, intangible assets, and other long-term assets was RMB 3.198 billion, and free cash flow was only about RMB 673 million. The corresponding 2024 free cash flow was only about RMB 177 million. In other words, the company can generate cash, but most of the cash it earns is reinvested in expansion and upgrading. This determines that from the perspective of "cash distributable to shareholders," it is not as easy a story as the net-profit growth rate suggests.

The short-term balance sheet remains healthy. The 2026 Q1 report shows cash and cash equivalents of RMB 4.392 billion, short-term borrowings of RMB 3.072 billion, non-current liabilities due within one year of RMB 646 million, and long-term borrowings of RMB 2.626 billion. Roughly calculated, interest-bearing debt totaled about RMB 6.344 billion, and net debt was about RMB 1.952 billion. If we estimate EBITDA using 2025 total profit of RMB 4.398 billion, interest expense of RMB 124 million, and depreciation and amortization of about RMB 603 million, EBITDA is about RMB 5.1 billion. Net debt/EBITDA is about 0.4 times, and interest coverage is above 35 times. This means short-term leverage is not a problem. But if the RMB 15.6 billion expansion projects and the USD 300 million project continue to advance, financing needs will clearly keep rising.

On working capital, accounts receivable rose from RMB 5.507 billion at the beginning of 2026 Q1 to RMB 6.476 billion, while inventory rose from RMB 4.246 billion to RMB 4.913 billion. During the same period, net operating cash flow fell 64.04% year over year. The company explained this as higher cash outflow for raw-material procurement of about RMB 1.521 billion year over year due to business-scale expansion. This change looks more like inventory preparation and capacity support during an upcycle. It should not immediately be read as a bad-debt issue, but it reminds us that this is not a business model that requires no continued working-capital investment.

As for signs of financial fraud, aggressive accounting, or profit manipulation, I did not see hard evidence in this review. The 2025 annual report received a standard unqualified audit opinion. Profit and operating cash flow broadly reconcile, and the company has remained profitable over the long term. But there was a correction to the disclosed purchase share of the top five suppliers, so I would treat it as a "governance flaw in non-financial metrics," rather than "evidence that falsifies financial authenticity".

Under the "owner earnings" framework, I would be more cautious than free cash flow and more conservative than net profit. 2025 net profit attributable to shareholders was about RMB 3.822 billion. Adding back depreciation, right-of-use asset depreciation, amortization of intangible assets, and amortization of long-term deferred expenses of about RMB 603 million gives after-tax pre-depreciation earnings of about RMB 4.425 billion. But the RMB 3.198 billion of 2025 capital expenditure was clearly mostly growth investment and cannot all be treated as maintenance capex. At the same time, PCB process upgrades are rapid, so maintenance capex cannot be merely symbolic. I use a conservative assumption: estimate maintenance capex at RMB 1.0 billion, slightly higher than depreciation and amortization, to reflect the real need for continuous process upgrades. Based on this assumption, 2025 conservative Owner Earnings were about RMB 2.87 billion. If depreciation and amortization are used as the upper bound for maintenance capex, the upper bound is about RMB 3.27 billion. Against the current reference market capitalization of about RMB 256.3 billion, the market valuation is about 78 times to 89 times owner earnings. This is not "cheap," and not even "reasonably expensive." It is a typical valuation that pulls forward many years of high growth.

Valuation, Margin of Safety, and Opportunity Cost

Here is my valuation conclusion first, followed by the method. At the current reference price of about RMB 133.22, WUS Printed Circuit does not have a sufficient margin of safety. I divide intrinsic value into three tiers: conservative intrinsic value of about RMB 25 to 30 per share, reasonable intrinsic value of about RMB 40 to 50 per share, and optimistic intrinsic value of about RMB 95 to 110 per share. In other words, even under fairly optimistic long-term growth assumptions, the current price still falls into what I define as the "clearly overvalued range". This conclusion does not mean the company is poor. It means the market is giving it not a "normal leader premium," but an "almost perfect execution premium."

Method one: owner earnings discounting. I start with 2025 conservative Owner Earnings of RMB 2.87 billion, and use RMB 3.27 billion for the upper bound. In the conservative scenario, I assume Owner Earnings grow 8% annually for the next 5 years, then 4% for the following 5 years, with an 11% discount rate and 2.5% perpetual growth. In the base scenario, I assume 14% for the next 5 years, then 7% for the following 5 years, with a 10% discount rate and 3% perpetual growth. In the optimistic scenario, I assume 24% for the next 5 years, then 12% for the following 5 years, with a 9% discount rate and 4% perpetual growth. Based on this, the conservative scenario corresponds to about RMB 23.6 to 26.9 per share, the base scenario to about RMB 39.4 to 44.9 per share, and the optimistic scenario to about RMB 94.3 to 107.4 per share. I round these into the three valuation ranges above. This model already gives the company a fairly high tolerance for long-term growth, yet the result remains clearly below the current price.

Method two: relative valuation. Based on RMB 133.22, 2025 net profit, and 2025 year-end net assets, WUS Printed Circuit's current trailing PE is about 67 times, and PB is about 17 times. Using 2025 free cash flow, P/FCF is about 381 times. If 2026 Q1 net debt is included in enterprise value and compared with rough 2025 EBITDA, EV/EBITDA is about 50 times. Horizontally, Shennan Circuits' PE on public quote pages is about 69 to 77 times, and PB about 15.3 to 15.5 times. Kinwong Electronic's PE is about 60 to 62 times, and PB about 5.3 to 5.5 times. This shows two things. First, leading PCB names as a group are not cheap. Second, "peers are expensive" does not automatically mean "WUS Printed Circuit is cheap". On the contrary, WUS Printed Circuit is merely expensive together with the most expensive group.

Method three: asset or liquidation value. This company does not have an asset safety cushion of "large net cash, land, and financial assets sitting on the balance sheet." At the end of 2026 Q1, cash and cash equivalents were RMB 4.392 billion, while interest-bearing debt totaled about RMB 6.344 billion, leaving net debt of about RMB 1.952 billion. Although the company also had RMB 2.191 billion of non-current assets due within one year, RMB 1.038 billion of other equity instrument investments, and RMB 85 million of other non-current financial assets, it looks more like an actively expanding operating company than a "net-cash stock" whose high valuation can be supported by asset value. If the market later becomes unwilling to pay a high growth premium, the downside protection provided by asset value will be weak.

From a margin-of-safety perspective, the current price is most vulnerable on three assumptions. First, demand for AI servers and high-speed switches must keep growing strongly, and the company must keep winning high-value share. Second, the huge capital expenditure after 2026 must translate into high incremental profit, not merely scale. Third, the market must remain willing to assign a high valuation multiple to a manufacturing company for a long time. If any one of these assumptions loosens, returns will deteriorate significantly.

Therefore, my price discipline is very clear: ideal buy range RMB 25 to 35 per share; acceptable long-term holding range RMB 35 to 55 per share; above RMB 90 per share, I would define it as clearly overvalued. This is not a prediction of whether the stock price will return to these levels. It is the price one should pay today, reverse-engineered from long-term return requirements. You can fully acknowledge that WUS Printed Circuit is an excellent company and still patiently wait for a better offer.

Risks, Checklist, and Final Judgment

The most important risk is not "how large short-term volatility is," but how permanent capital loss can occur. In my view, the strongest opposing case is this: WUS Printed Circuit is indeed a high-end PCB leader, but the current stock price has already bundled in AI infrastructure strength, switch upgrades, customer share gains, Thailand ramp-up, optoelectronic integration layout, and Hong Kong financing capability. The third risk is capital allocation and execution. The 2026 projects already announced by the company are very large. If returns fall short, they will directly erode free cash flow for the next several years.

The fourth risk is overseas and geopolitical risk. Overseas revenue accounted for 82.1% in 2025 and 84.3% in 2026 Q1. Overseas expansion, tariffs, export controls, and exchange-rate fluctuations will all affect results. In the Hong Kong listing application materials, the company stated that as of the latest practicable date, US tariffs and export controls had not caused a material adverse effect on the business under compliance conditions. But this is more a compliance conclusion at the current point than a guarantee about future risk. In 2026 Q1, the company already recorded about RMB 148 million of foreign-exchange loss, which shows currency disturbance is not a paper risk.

The fifth risk is earnings quality in automotive boards. The automotive business does have long-term room, but its 2025 gross margin was only 22.84%, down 1.61 percentage points from the previous year. If the market overinterprets the company as a "pure AI data-center concept stock" and ignores the drag or uncertainty from the automotive-board business within the overall mix, its judgment on earnings quality will be too optimistic. The sixth risk is governance and disclosure risk. The correction to top-five-supplier data did not affect the financial statements, but it is enough to remind investors to keep watching disclosure details.

What facts would make me admit my judgment is wrong? I would reassess if the following occurred. First, revenue share from 22-layer-and-above and 32-layer-and-above products stops rising or keeps falling, indicating the high-end moat is no longer deepening. Second, the top five customers' share continues to surge, while gross margin and ROE decline, indicating bargaining power is falling instead of rising. Third, after the huge expansion comes onstream, free cash flow does not improve and is instead swallowed by capital expenditure for a long period. Fourth, the company frequently raises equity capital for expansion, clearly diluting per-share value. Fifth, the data communications board business sees a clear step-down in gross margin. Conversely, if after capacity ramp-up the company can still maintain high ROE, strong cash conversion, and solid dividend capacity, that would also trigger me to admit I was "too conservative."
